Sustainable Health for Modern Life

Helping people build health that lasts by creating lives that can sustain it.

Healthcare Shouldn’t Feel Fragmented

Health is complex. Understanding it shouldn't be.

Many people receive diagnoses, recommendations, and different approaches to care over time that are individually well-intended, but difficult to integrate into everyday life.

Without a clear understanding of how those pieces fit together, it's easy to become overwhelmed by information while still feeling uncertain about what matters most, what to prioritize, or what to do next.

Symptoms persist. New concerns emerge. Advice accumulates. Meanwhile, the realities of work, family, stress, finances, and everyday life continue to influence health long after the appointment ends.

At Health x Wellness, care begins by stepping back to see the bigger picture. Together, we'll identify meaningful patterns, focus on the factors most likely to create meaningful change, and develop a coherent, personalized plan that fits your health, your goals, and your life.

Every recommendation is designed to fit within that plan—making it practical, realistic, and sustainable.

Because better healthcare isn't simply about having more options—it's about having greater clarity.

Understanding your health changes everything.

At Health × Wellness, care begins by helping you understand how the pieces of your health fit together—so you can focus on what matters most and move forward with confidence.

Because better health begins with clarity.

"I believe wellness is the infrastructure that makes health sustainable—and that care should cultivate increasing self-sufficiency rather than perpetual dependency.”

Every patient brings a unique story, physiology, goals, and circumstances. My role is to help you make sense of your health, identify what matters most, and develop a practical plan that fits your life.

I believe thoughtful care should preserve dignity, cultivate each person's greatest possible capacity, and support the fullest life possible within the reality they face. Sometimes that means restoring function. Sometimes it means adapting to change. Sometimes it means reducing suffering or supporting the people who walk that journey alongside them.

Many people come to my practice after years of searching for answers or struggling to make sense of persistent symptoms. Along the way, they've often received conflicting recommendations or been left feeling that their situation is simply too complicated—or too unique—to understand.

I'm drawn to that complexity—integrating multiple streams of information, identifying meaningful patterns, and working alongside patients to refine care over time, because I believe lasting care is built through partnership.

Lasting change is rarely something done to a person.

It grows through partnership—combining your lived experience with thoughtful clinical guidance to create a plan that evolves with you over time.

Health is built through partnership.
